This topic is one of the most debatable topics because many scholars of fiqh have a different opinion on this topic, some of them say that Muslims can pray Isha until fajr but some say that Muslims can pray the Isha until midnight. Don’t Pray Because of Laziness
Muslims must pray all the prayers on time, no reason can make Muslims don’t pray except to sleep, so if Muslims don’t pray the Isha prayer on time because of forgetting or laziness, he must perform the prayer immediately when he wakes up or remembers, even if its time has ended. He must seek forgiveness and repent for his shortcomings.
Don’t Pray Because of Sleeping.
If a Muslim sleeps and takes precautions to wake up for prayer, but is overcome by sleep and misses its time, then he must make it up when he wakes up and there is no sin on him. However, if he does not take precautions to wake up for prayer, then he is sinful and must perform the prayer immediately and seek forgiveness and repent for his shortcomings.

The best time to offer ‘Isha.
The best time to pray is at the first third but if you sleep and after you wake up want to pray you can pray until the fajr, so it depends on your status about why you don’t pray on its time.
