Arabic, Islamic Studies & Quran Teacher

Dr. Shimaa Sayed is an experienced Arabic language and Islamic studies teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. She holds a PhD in Arabic Language, specializing in Linguistics, Grammar, and Morphology, from the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at Al-Azhar University, where she graduated with First Class Honors in 2022.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Arabic Linguistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic and Arabic Studies. Throughout her teaching career, she has taught different branches of Arabic language and Islamic studies to preparatory and secondary-level students. She is qualified in Quran recitation with Hafs ‘an Asim and has extensive experience working with students of different ages and academic levels.
